Treatment for vision lose
Nineteen years male presented with vision loss in the right eye for 2 months. MRI brain showed left frontal lesion with edema. Craniotomy and total tumor excision were done. Histopathology revealed ependymoma Grade III. He received postoperative radiotherapy. His vision in the right eye improved to 25-30%. Postoperative MRI shows total excision and gliosis at the operated site.
